We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Egan - Ochsner Home Health River Parishes.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and performing interventions to improve patient well-being.

• Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting physicians in developing therapy plans of care.
• Observe and report patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their condition to supervising nurses and/or physicians.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, develop, and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
• Instruct and inform participating members of the healthcare team, patients, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• A current driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
