About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Store Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the store management team in the execution of administrative functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily cash office functions, maintain cash office standards, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Operations Support: Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to execute tasks and activities according to the store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate effectively with management and associates.
  • Training and Development: Partner with management to identify associate training needs and provide support to increase effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
