Your duties will encompass ensuring inventory levels are aligned and swiftly resolving any inconsistencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee continuous inventory management, aligning physical stock with digital records
  • Document acquisitions, refresh database entries, and perform physical inventory assessments
  • Validate calculations against actual inventory and rectify discrepancies
  • Create comprehensive inventory reports, detailing balances, pricing, and shortages
  • Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams, managing incoming shipments
  • Facilitate the receiving, unpacking, and distribution of products, ensuring proper storage and labeling

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in inventory management is advantageous
  • Proven experience in inventory management, especially in retail or warehouse settings
  • Skilled in computer operations and data entry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight
