About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to clinicians, as well as acting as the main point of contact for referral agencies.

Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with clients and their families to strengthen relationships and promote lasting impact. This may involve providing education and guidance on developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication. You will also have the opportunity to supervise clinicians and provide leadership within our team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field. You must also maintain Active NH Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.). We welcome applications from license eligible candidates who can complete their licensure within 3 months of starting.
