Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Allied Search Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients, as well as conducting specimen processing, data entry, and CLIA Waive/Point of Care low complexity testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from adult patients using vacutainer, syringe, and butterfly techniques
Conduct capillary puncture using heel and fingerstick techniques
Identify and label specimens appropriately
Enter accessioned data into the computer
Prepare specimens for send out testing
Inventory supplies and prepare phlebotomy stations
Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year of phlebotomy experience
Phlebotomy Certification
