Lead Nursing Team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Overnight Supervisor to join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to evaluate and direct day-to-day nursing functions, adhering to current regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all nursing services personnel are performing their job duties in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested by the DON and ADON.
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure that nursing staff are meeting their work assignments and providing quality care.
