Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Med-Trans Corporation. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Med-Trans requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including Medical Transportation Control (MTC) and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide shift change information to successive pilots and teams, following established protocols.
  • Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours
  • 1,500 Helicopter Hours
  • 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
  • 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
  • B407 Experience Preferred
