Salary:

The base pay for this position is $15 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Sales Floor: You will maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor by performing tasks such as floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Ringing Up Sales and Bagging Merchandise: You will assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
  • Supporting the Management Team: You will support the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must be an outgoing, upbeat, people-person with great organizational skills. You should thrive in a high-energy environment where associates work together to drive results. You must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
