We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banking Professional to join our team at WesBanco Bank Inc. as a Licensed Senior Personal Banker.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote WesBanco Bank Inc.'s products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.
- Collaborate with branch staff and peers to achieve sales goals and promote a team environment.
- Monitor performance and adjust sales strategies as needed to meet goals and objectives.
- Execute consistent outbound calling activities to cross-sell products and services.
- Support the Banking Center Manager in targeted outside sales activities and participate in community service initiatives.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA SIE & Series 6 Licenses required.
- State Life & Health and Series 63 or 66 licenses must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
- Minimum of three years of banking, investments, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership skills desired.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and Banking Software programs.
