Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing dental equipment, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Review case log issues and navigate to research RMA history
  • Disinfect products requiring proper OSHA precautions
  • Conduct mechanical evaluations of returned RMAs
  • Perform visual inspections of reported issues
  • Diagnose and repair units returned to us
  • Operate various assembly tools and test equipment, as well as diagnostic programs
  • Lift up to 30 pounds
  • Operate a forklift (a plus)
  • Basic computer operations skills
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good time management skills
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting commercial or industrial products
  • 3 years of experience working with and repairing dental or medical equipment (a plus)
Compensation

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
