Titan Security Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team on a 1st shift schedule. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
- Access Control: Control access for patrons, employees, and visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to secure areas.
- Security Operations: Monitor and respond to security incidents, including but not limited to, alarms, suspicious activity, and emergency situations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Security Experience: 1+ year of experience in a security-related role
