Job Description

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. You will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison for clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects, with a strong bonus for experience in healthcare, mission-critical, or education sectors. You should possess strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost tracking. Additionally, you should be proficient in scheduling and project management software, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

">

PE, PMP, or LEED certification would be beneficial. Experience with design-build and value engineering strategies, knowledge of CAD/BIM software, and prefabrication processes are also valued. This role requires a Mid-Senior level professional with a background in project management and mechanical systems.
