Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Machining Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating manual machinery with precision and care, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely perform all machining tasks while adhering to established protocols.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Utilize measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specified tolerances.
  • Operate various precision tools and machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and saws.
  • Fabricate and modify components from metals and other materials.
  • Effectively set up and adjust machines for optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Repair and service rotating equipment commonly used in our operations.
  • Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Comply with all quality standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in machining or relevant certification.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools.
  • Experience with pump systems is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
