Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist kitchen workers in maintaining daily preparations and deliveries
  • Wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables, and measure, weigh and mix a wide variety of ingredients
  • Ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness and ensure desired stock levels at all times
  • Collaborate with the Management team to ensure brand compliance
  • Assist in front of the house duties as needed
  • Sort and stock products
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Back of House, especially when working with food products
  • Promptly unload trucks and deliveries
  • Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner
  • Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly
  • Ensure accurate product counts as needed
  • Other as needed duties

Requirements:

  • Ensure the quality and stability of products by complying with production guidelines, following standardized recipes, and by overseeing product quality through adequate storage and product rotation
  • Be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
