**Job Overview**
We are in search of vibrant and eager Maintenance Associates to join the Equinox team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to have a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization, situated in a cutting-edge, deluxe facility near Union Square.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the club and exercise equipment remain clean and well-maintained while delivering outstanding customer service to all members, potential members, and guests.
- Maintain presentable conditions at the sidewalk entrance and lobby.
- Clean the locker room and replenish all locker room supplies.
- Organize and clean storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
- Keep an ample supply of towels on the exercise floor.
- Perform maintenance on all equipment.
- Receive and store all deliveries.
- Support in coordinating special events.
- Promptly alert the Maintenance Manager about any rooms or equipment needing immediate attention.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, experience, skills, and education:
- Clear understanding of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly desirable.
- Capability to service athletic equipment, coupled with previous exposure to cleaning products and hand tools.
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
