The Frontline Sales Representative role at Walmart is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. As a frontline sales representative, you will create a positive shopping experience for our members and assist them with their purchasing decisions.

About the Role:

  • Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company steel standard guidelines; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; promoting the company's products and services; providing guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology; processing member purchases; assisting members with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; assisting members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area; zoning the area; and arranging and organizing merchandise.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
