We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Allcor. This role involves overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects in Knoxville, TN.

Key Tasks
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project teams and provide regular updates.

Annual Salary Range: The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and a vehicle allowance.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Strong expertise in construction processes and safety standards.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
