About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to provide high-quality support services, including personal care, household management, and transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Manage household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings using a motor vehicle.
  • Instruct clients on healthy habits and lifestyle choices.
  • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds independently.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Background check required.
  • Completion of state-mandated 8-hour annual training and re-certification.
