Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Infectious Disease Physician to join our team at Franciscan Health in Lafayette, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with our inpatient ID Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to coordinate and deliver exceptional care
  • Participate in general ID services in a community setting, including surgical and medical specialties
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in the field of Infectious Disease
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certification in Infectious Disease or eligibility
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
