- Evaluate and construct investment policy statements aligned with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and investment restrictions.
- Analyze asset allocation structures, including modeling and portfolio optimization analysis.
- Collaborate with Investment Research to develop solutions for client portfolios.
- Develop fiduciary governance materials for quarterly reporting.
- Analyze and create customized components for client reports and supplemental meeting materials.
- Analyze and develop trade recommendations to implement investment decisions, portfolio reallocations, or rebalancing.
- Collaborate with Performance Analytics and Client Services to develop optimal reporting solutions.
- Issue and evaluate vendor RFIs or RFPs, preparing related analysis and deliverables.
- Respond to periodic audit requests for investment-related data and analysis.
- Conduct special ad-hoc analyses and projects to support Investment Consultants.
- Interact with and communicate with Investment Consultants on client matters and related projects.
- Attend and present at client meetings in a supporting role.
- Respond to meeting follow-up and action items in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client account and investment records in the CRM.
- Respond to client and vendor requests in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance, with a preferred concentration.
- Two to five years of investment consulting or investment-related work experience.
- Experience with servicing Institutional clients in a Discretionary Outsourced CIO framework is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Previous experience with CRM, custody portals, and asset allocation modeling software is a plus.
- CFA candidate is a plus.
- Knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Intellectual curiosity about investments, asset allocation, and portfolio structure.
- Fundamental knowledge of retirement plans and nonprofit client marketplaces.
- Thoughtful ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills in a public setting, with notable writing and presentation skills.
- Adaptability when priorities shift and ability to work independently.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative, curious, and enthusiastic.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships.

- This role may travel up to 10% of the time for training and business events.
- This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.

- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- The person in this position may at times need to move throughout the building to access different areas.
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
