  • Interact with customers in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner, respecting diversity and individual needs.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take directions positively.
  • Proficiency in using company telephones, calculators, and computers.

Working Environment:

The Customer Service Agent will work in a standard office environment with typical office noise, dust, lighting, temperature, and physical/ergonomic hazards.
