Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leak Detection Technician to join our team at RED RHINO. As a Leak Detection Technician, you will be responsible for resolving pool leaks with remarkable service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's mission to WOW customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough leak detection and repair services for residential and commercial pools
  • Utilize advanced equipment and techniques to identify and fix leaks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to swim and remain underwater for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy equipment and materials

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology for daily tasks
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Organized and dependable
Work Environment

As a Leak Detection Technician, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be exposed to various environmental conditions, chemicals, power tools, and equipment. Regular travel may be required for training and business purposes.
