Key Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of the maintenance team, delegating tasks, and meeting budget expectations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
