Availability Requirements:
Candidates must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Mid-Shift Variations: (e.g., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Note: Please ensure you can accommodate the required flexible scheduling.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Desk Agent, your primary duties will include:
- Exhibiting a proactive approach and exceptional communication skills in a prominent role.
- Assisting guests with the check-in and check-out processes, as well as managing reservations efficiently.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and well-cared-for throughout their stay.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Opera software is advantageous.
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
