Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Freight Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up freight in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Freight: Safely transport goods from one location to another, ensuring prompt delivery and adhering to strict timeframes.
  • Inspect Vehicles: Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any issues or defects, reporting them promptly to management.
  • Load Trucks Efficiently: Effectively plan and execute cargo loading processes to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transit times.
  • Collect Payments: Manage payment transactions accurately and securely, maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
  • Starting Wage: $22.50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-completion of route
  • Overtime: Voluntary OT on weekends (as needed) at time and a half after 40 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Age: At least 21 years old
  • Licenses: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a DOT physical exam
  • Certifications: Ability to operate a manual transmission and work with all types of freight
