Job Overview

QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers and Medical Gas Plumbers for long-term opportunities. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in commercial plumbing, specifically those with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols at all times, ensuring a productive and quality-focused work environment.
  • Installation: Layout and install commercial piping systems across diverse job sites.
  • Pipe Work: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to meet specified angles.
  • Support Structures: Install hangers to secure pipes effectively.
  • Height Work: Operate from ladders and lifts to complete installations.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze blueprints to plan plumbing installations accurately.
  • System Design: Design and implement commercial plumbing systems.
  • Fittings Assembly: Assemble various fittings and valves as required.
  • Fixture Installation: Install plumbing fixtures with precision.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize a range of power and hand tools effectively.
  • Brazing: Perform brazing on copper piping.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman Plumbing License.
  • OSHA 10 certification is necessary.
  • Lift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess all necessary hand and power tools for commercial plumbing tasks.
