About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist at South Central Human Relations Center, Inc. in Kasson, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual clients
- Deliver evidence-based therapies, including trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred; Master's degree in Behavioral Health field required
- Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or doctoral-level LP in Minnesota (preference given)
- Clinical trainee experience working towards independent licensure
