At Boomtown Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support our team in the school setting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent, as well as Texas State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.

This role involves implementing therapeutic interventions and activities to address speech and language goals, working collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other professionals to support individualized treatment plans, providing direct support to students, and documenting and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, which is extended over school breaks and holidays. Our benefits package includes health insurance and supplemental insurance, as well as year-round mentorship for all staff.
