Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a Project Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Bid Analysis: Assess project risks, evaluate project logistics, and determine labor and equipment costs.
  • Estimating: Construct accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing, and compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier pricing.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare bid quotes and bid packages, and present to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three (3) years of construction management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods, costs, and engineering principles; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
