Position Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in executing digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, foster community engagement, and support patient outreach.

About the Role
  • Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Maintain and update the organization's website with current news, events, and service information
  • Design and distribute email newsletters and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership to create digital content that reflects the mission and values of The Staff Pad's healthcare partners
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights) to optimize content and campaigns
  • Support the development of print and digital materials (flyers, brochures, ads) as needed
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with HIPAA compliance and healthcare communication standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SEO best practices and basic graphic design
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or nonprofit setting is an asset
