Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to provide per diem services in support of our regular staff. As a per diem PT II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services on an as-needed basis to support PTO, sick calls, and holidays for regularly scheduled staff.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions and improve patient outcomes.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional practice development and advancements in physical therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment protocols to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school.
  • PT-Physical Therapist certification and licensure.
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
