We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities across five clubs in the Central PA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and ready for regular business and special events.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, storage, and distribution.
  • Procurement: Provide recommendations for the purchase of new equipment and supplies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other management staff to prepare and implement the budget for equipment and facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, maintenance, or a related field) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and repair; ability to maintain accurate records; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking; ability to lift up to 15 pounds; ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
