Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
- Support sales floor operations by processing merchandise, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other tasks as required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Ability to learn and operate a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
