Job Summary:

JBS USA is seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Technician A Shift to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring that all quality and safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. food science, quality assurance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
