Checkout Clerk Supervisor

• Supervise checkout clerks, ensuring accurate and efficient operation of cash registers
• Train new employees, focusing on customer service and cash handling procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
• Contribute to a positive store atmosphere, supporting colleagues and management

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or a related field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security protocols

$35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
