Position Overview
Join Consulate Health Care as our Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where you will have the opportunity to lead growth and strategic initiatives within the Skilled Nursing sector. As a pivotal leader, you will be instrumental in enhancing our market footprint and cultivating robust relationships.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Driving the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
- Identifying new avenues for expansion in the Senior Care industry.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to optimize revenue generation.
- Analyzing market dynamics and competitor actions to inform senior management decisions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in management roles, with at least 5 years in Business Development and Healthcare sales.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related discipline; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and fostering partnerships within the Senior Care sector.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with strategic and analytical capabilities.
