We are currently seeking team members for our Weekday Crew (Monday- Friday schedule), with plans to introduce a Weekend Shift (36 scheduled hours - Friday-Sunday, 4:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) later this year. Weekend team members will receive a $5.00/hour shift differential in addition to their base pay as an incentive.

Your Role
Process, cut, bundle, and load reinforcing steel bars according to customer specifications. You will collaborate with a mentor who will guide you in the safe operation of all machinery.

Your Duties

  • Unload trailers and organize materials in storage bins.
  • Operate a shearing machine or power saw to cut reinforcing steel bars to designated lengths, and a bending machine to shape reinforcing steel bars as specified.
  • Utilize an overhead crane to move, assemble, and select materials for fabrication or shipment.
  • Assemble and load orders onto trailers for distribution.
  • Operate a spray gun for the application of epoxy touch-up or reinforcing steel bars.
  • Maintain the workshop or designated area in a clean and safe condition.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Capable of reading and understanding basic safety and operational instructions
  • Able to perform basic mathematics for accurate bar measurements
