Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with ECHN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, and provide personalized therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and their families on how to perform daily activities safely and effectively.

• Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions to teach patients new skills and techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
