Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician

Join RWE Clean Energy, LLC as a Wind Turbine Technician and play a crucial role in the operations and maintenance of our wind farms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our wind turbines and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on wind turbines and related equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the operations and maintenance team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and maintenance activities
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution
  • At least 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Intermediate understanding of electromechanical relay, hydraulic accumulator, linear transducer, and electrical motor
