POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging Technologist, you will utilize ionizing radiation to create detailed cross-sectional images that assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients. Your role will involve conducting diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations while adhering to established protocols under the supervision of a qualified Radiologist. You will be responsible for delivering patient care across all demographics, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute advanced CT imaging techniques, including Cardiac and Vascular imaging, ensuring proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
2. Provide comprehensive technical care tailored to meet the specific needs of patients.
3. Maintain a high standard of patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program recognized by the AMA.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, with at least one (1) to three (3) years specifically in the field of CT imaging.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:

Must hold registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) (CT) and possess advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Current BLS certification is required.
