As a Team Supervisor, you will be a key player in the Tree Care Crew, responsible for executing comprehensive tree and shrub maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients. In your role as a Team Supervisor, you will be instrumental in:
  • Collaborating with the Tree Care Crew to execute and oversee tree maintenance tasks on various properties
  • Safely operating specialized equipment such as lifts, loaders, and saws for pruning, removal, and management of trees and shrubs
  • Maintaining and monitoring the condition of assigned tools and machinery
  • Engaging with clients during service delivery to ensure their satisfaction
  • Conducting thorough assessments related to tree health, including pruning, removal, and support techniques
  • Learning and applying the company's safety protocols and regulations
Essential qualifications for the Team Supervisor role include:
  • In-depth knowledge of tree care practices and safety standards
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in tree care, encompassing pruning, trimming, and removals
  • Strong climbing skills and the ability to navigate trees safely
  • Comprehensive understanding of various tree species, their diseases, and appropriate care methods
  • Proficiency in the operation and upkeep of tree care machinery, including chainsaws and chippers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on-site
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and supervisors
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL-B preferred)
  • ISA Arborist certification is a plus
