Job Overview

Andover Management Group of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance and HVAC Technician at Beaumont Farms Apartments. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience and be proficient in HVAC work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner, including HVAC work
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Assisting the service manager with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies
  • Complying with all personnel management policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with residents, fellow Associates, vendors, and supervisors
  • Working with the maintenance director to maintain an effective preventative maintenance program
  • Inspecting grounds, buildings, and other community features to minimize liability concerns
  • Ensuring adherence to the company's safety programs, policies, and procedures
  • Working with the maintenance director to ensure the physical condition of the community is maintained according to company operating and safety standards
  • Assisting with turn-key operations as needed
  • Attending and participating in technical training programs to maintain personal skill level

  • Must be able to diagnose problems with and repair the following: intermediate plumbing, basic-intermediate electrical, sheetrock, general carpentry, pool care, pest control, roofs and gutters, wallpaper/painting, irrigation maintenance and repairs, landscaping, fountain maintenance and repairs, foundation/sidewalk repairs, ice/snow removal, golf carts and small engine maintenance
  • Must have HVAC experience
