Job Summary


Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, and providing technical support for our Endpoint Security Solution.


Key Responsibilities



  • Configure, install, and maintain Windows Defender and Symantec Endpoint Protection
  • Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential security breaches
  • Assess and mitigate vulnerabilities within our environment
  • Create, distribute, and maintain Agents and Repositories
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements
  • Design and implement Microsoft Defender solutions
  • Understand and apply defender policies to users and devices
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding of endpoints to defender and Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve antivirus-related problems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address infrastructure vulnerabilities
  • Apply new techniques and trends to enhance overall information security objectives and risk tolerance
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Communicate technical risks and issues to executives and business leaders
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with packaging, deployment, and other teams to create and distribute tools for SEP
  • Maintain documentation for exceptions to SEP standards
  • Stay up-to-date with Windows Defender/Endpoint Security systems installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, design, and planning

Requirements



  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills from both business and technical perspectives
  • Ability to explain technical risks and issues to executives and business leaders
  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
