We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse II - Infusion Team member. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Job Description:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients receiving chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 per year
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; ASN with commitment to complete BSN within 2 years.
- Current Florida RN license; ACLS, BLS, and ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider certification.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or infusion therapy.
