About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Create and execute personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools to support client progress and achievement of goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client outcomes and ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to speech and language goal-setting and ensure alignment with client needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is an advantage, but not required.
