NDT Inspector

HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled NDT Processor - Level II to join our team in Marana, AZ. As an NDT Processor - Level II, you will be responsible for performing metallurgical inspection processing on a wide variety of development, production, and overhaul/repair parts.

• Perform non-destructive testing and inspection of aircraft parts using methods such as fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and etch.
• Utilize detailed procedures, technique sheets, and verbal instructions to process parts for non-destructive testing and complete required record keeping.
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in processing, and check and adjust equipment as needed to ensure valid test results.
• Identify recurring processing problems and recommend changes in methods or equipment to eliminate or minimize them.
• Recognize the need for repair or replacement of equipment used in processing.
• Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.

• At least one year of experience in non-destructive testing and inspection.
• Experience with Eddy current testing.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check and compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

The NDT Processor - Level II will work in a hangar and ramp environment, with frequent walking, standing, and climbing required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
