At Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille, we are seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests and ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manages reservations and seating arrangements
  • Assists with taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Maintains a clean and organized dining area
  • Provides excellent customer service and resolves any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
