Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist - Associate to join our team at Aspen Dental. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school with excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $215,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as a sign-on bonus of $20,000, relocation stipend of $7,500, and implant training available.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions, offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients, provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency, and keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
