Senior Financial Systems Analyst

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst is a key role within CF Industries Employee Services LLC, responsible for maintaining and operating the company's financial systems. This position will participate in the month-to-month operation of S/4 HANA and other systems owned by Finance, including assisting in the evaluation of new functionality that will improve Financial Systems processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Accounting month-end close process through executing required processes and transactions within S/4 HANA, including maintaining foreign exchange rates, running the revaluation and translation processes, ledger management, internal orders and budgets, accrual and recurring entry processing, and loading of Plan and Projections into financial systems.
- Support the operation and maintenance of other financial systems, including S/4 HANA Group Reporting, Trintech Cadency, Avantis, Oracle, Blueworks, Workiva, and SharePoint.
- Assist with requirements gathering, development, and testing of new systems or additional functionality within current systems utilized by CF.
- Maintain master data across all CF financial systems, including maintaining current operational process and controls around master data to support the Company's day-to-day business operations and all CF initiatives.
- Develop and maintain processes and controls related to the operation and maintenance of master data, and perform data quality analysis on data in the Company's Financial Systems and support CF's data governance initiatives.
- Participate in the evaluation of existing operational processes and controls and actively partner with the Risks and Controls team to perform, test, and enhance internal operational and SOX controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.
- 5+ years of diversified experience with accounting systems, data governance, and internal controls.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) module required; experience with S/4 HANA Group Reporting, Workiva, and Trintech Cadency a plus.
