Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and document claims, including alleged vehicle defects
  • Analyze claim data and evaluate facts to determine legal responsibility
  • Resolve coverage disputes and respond to related requests
  • Provide guidance to internal and external customers on claims-related issues
  • Identify process improvements and utilize best practices
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims handling preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to make fact-based decisions
  • Independent thinker with self-starter mentality
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills in Access, Excel, Word, AS400, Outlook, and Internet research
